Becca Keiser

Becca Keiser brings over a decade of cross-sector experience spanning non-profits, higher education, the federal government, small businesses, and startups. Her work is grounded in the belief that intentional strategy, strong teams, and meaningful culture are the cornerstones of long-term success. As a certified Extraordinary Teams practitioner and HR Organizational Development professional, Becca helps organizations build systems and cultures that are innovative, professional, and deeply compassionate.

In addition to her organizational leadership work, Becca is an experienced business, leadership, and career coach. She supports individuals and teams in navigating complexity, unlocking potential, and aligning personal growth with professional impact. 

Becca holds a Master of Science in Intercultural Communication for Business and the Professions from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Arts from Denison University. Her academic and professional journey reflects a deep commitment to bridging perspectives, fostering collaboration, and designing inclusive, high-performing environments. Known for her systems thinking, warmth, and clarity, Becca brings a thoughtful and grounded presence to her work with teams. She integrates principles of emotional intelligence, conscious leadership, and intercultural communication to help individuals and organizations thrive.

An adventurer at heart, Becca has lived in six countries, hiked the Precipice Trail in Acadia National Park, and served as an international student host parent. She finds joy in book clubs, afternoon tea, nature walks, water aerobics, and spending time with her family.
