Illyasha “Illy” Peete, MBA, is the Principal and CEO of Catalyze and Cultivate Consulting (CCC), a Black woman-led, Certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC). With over 26 years of experience in leadership and organizational transformation, she holds advanced certifications from BoardSource, Cornell University, and Harvard, along with an MBA in Global Management. Melissa is from Kansas but now calls the Greater Washington, DC metro area home.
