Jennifer Edwards
Dr. Jennifer Edwards is a Conscious Leadership Coach and Professional Speaker who works with leaders, teams, and organizations to create real, lasting shifts in how they lead—from the inside out. She helps leaders and teams get honest about the internal dynamics that drive how they communicate, make decisions, and show up under pressure—and then do something different.
Jennifer brings more than 25 years of leadership experience, including 13 years building and leading a multi-doctor veterinary practice. That experience shaped her conviction that sustainable leadership starts with self-awareness, not strategy alone.
She is the creator of The CORE Element™ leadership framework, which guides her work around conscious awareness, ownership, response, and expression. Her approach integrates emotional intelligence, energy leadership, and relational dynamics—helping leaders move from reactive to intentional. Jennifer is particularly passionate about helping teams have the conversations that actually matter and build the kind of trust and accountability that changes how people experience their work.
An ICF Associate Certified Coach and iPEC Core Energy Coach with subspecialties in leadership and transitions, Jennifer brings the Extraordinary Teams work into her team coaching and facilitation. She is also the co-host of The Resilient Vet: Mind & Body Strategies for Success podcast with dvm360.
When she's not working with leaders and teams, you'll find Jennifer swing dancing, kayaking on the lake, or planning her next travel adventure. She lives in New England with her partner Don, her teenage daughter, and three dogs. She and her daughter are also members of the National Charity League, a mother-daughter philanthropy organization.
