Mike is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, and completed his coach training through the renowned Hudson Institute of Coaching. He is also certified in several tools and frameworks including the Leadership Circle 360 Profile, the Integrative Enneagram (individual and teams) and Inner Team Dialogue.

Since 2020, Mike has partnered with leadership firms, including White River Strategy, Disruption Advisors, and Fearless Guides, leading everything from executive coaching engagements, trainings, and multi-day team offsites. Before starting his practice, he was the director of community investment for Social Venture Partners (SVP) Seattle, where he led grantmaking strategy, consulted with over 45 local nonprofits on organizational capacity building, and advised hundreds of individual philanthropists.
